After your online order is placed:

• We prepare a digital layout / mock-up of your full unity candle set
• We contact you to confirm wording, layout, and design details
• No printing starts without your approval
• Once approved, the candles are printed, finished, and prepared for collection or courier delivery

This process ensures accuracy, clarity, and peace of mind before production.
